Hydra Labs official mark. Three red heads, est. 2026.

About us

Hydra Labs runs the work around a release for independent artists and small labels. Content, social posts, merch, release admin, and music video.

Specialist bots do the repeatable parts. You approve what goes out. The work is remote. You do not have to be in the room, and you do not hand over the accounts, the masters, or the revenue.

  • Nothing posts, pitches, or changes the store without your approval.
  • You keep the social accounts, the store, and the masters.
  • One weekly report. Black and red. No slide deck.

Independent artists and small labels

Your music.
Your brand.
Our systems.

Release content that is ready before the drop. Social that posts on a schedule. Merch that does not sit in a spare room. Catalog notes that are clean. Nothing goes live until you sign it off.

  • Release Content. Visuals, short video, lyric clips, and captions timed to the drop. Scheduled before release day.
  • Social Management. Scheduling across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Captions rewritten per platform.
  • Visual Pipeline. Stills, lyric frames, and 5–15 second clips from the track. Identity-locked, so the artist looks consistent.
  • Merch System. Shopify and Printful setup, listings, mockups, and order support. Print-on-demand only. No inventory to hold.
  • Distribution & Streaming. Catalog checks, pitch drafts, profile guidance, and pre-save coordination. Clean metadata. No claim conflicts.
  • Full Artist System. All five, one approval flow, one weekly report.

Start with one release or social management. Add merch or distribution when you need it.

About the operation

One brief in. Approved work out. The production runs remotely.

A coordinator bot holds the job. Specialist bots each do one skill. Connectors write the result into platforms you already own. Nothing is posted, pitched, or sent to the store until you sign it off.

  1. 01

    Brief

You send the track, the references, and what must not change.

  2. 02

    Coordinator

One bot routes the job and holds the approval gate.

  3. 03

Each bot does one skill. Audio, image, copy, checks.

  4. 04

    Connectors

The result is written into platforms you already own.

  5. 05

    Sign-off

You approve. Then it posts, pitches, or goes to the store.

How a first engagement runs

  1. 01

    Intro call and audit

We look at releases, socials, merch, and distribution. Gaps and quick wins. No commitment.

  2. 02

    Choose a starting system

Artists usually start with one release or social management. Labels start with an audit or one artist. Add the rest when the first cycle is working.

  3. 03

    Setup and brand alignment

Systems, visual identity, and the approval workflow. Typically one to two weeks, depending on scope.

  4. 04

    First cycle live

The first release, or the first month of social, goes out only after you approve each item. Weekly reporting starts immediately.

  5. 05

    Review and expand

After the first cycle we keep what worked and add merch, distribution, or the full system when you are ready.
